What We Do
Ian Lerner & Co offers not only those
services normally associated with Estate Agents, Surveyors
and Valuers such as the aquisition, letting and disposal
of all types of property, be it commercial or residential,
including investment oppurtunities, but is also very active
in advising Clients regarding all facets of their property,
particularlyvaluations, rent reviews and lease renewals.
Because
of the Practices strong professional background, in many
cases it acts in conjunction with Clients' solicitors and
accountants and pension fund advisors in the appraisal of
their general property portfolio and with specialist consultants
concerning issues related to rating, town planning, surveying
and management is able to offer a "comprehensive overview"
concerning virtually all property related matters.
Ian
Lerner was one of the first individuals appointed in recent
years, as a LPA (Law of Property Act) Receiver on behalf
of a number of Banks. This particular role demands an in
depth knowledge related to all aspects of property, as the
principal responsibilty of an LPA Receiver is to ensure
that the maximum financial benefits are obtained to offset
outstanding loans.
Ian
Lerner & Co carries out valuations on behalf of numerous
banks and institutions in addition to private and public
company clients and individuals.
