Who We Are

Ian Lerner & Co was established in 1977 as a Consultancy Practice with a view to dealing particularly with Clients' overall property needs regardless of type, size or location.

Prior to setting up the Practice, Ian Lerner, who entered the property profession in 1962, had been with the major London practice of Allsop & Co for approximately 12 years and was an equity partner with principal responsibility for offices and developments in the City of London, West End and Home Counties.
Through his experience, he recognised that Clients' property problems did not necessarily fall into a set of categories and required more personal and one to one contact which many larger firms of Surveyors/Estate Agents could not practicably offer.

The Practice has grown rapidly since its establishment over 20 years ago and now has a client base in the region of 350 including many major companies, PLCs. governments, charitable institutions, private individuals and even pop groups.
